How to be productive at home 🏠

Productivity as a concept is doing important things consistently , with efficiency & full concentration. A productive day might be one in which you clean your home, study or work, move your body, finish your laundry. When you are at your home with no one on your head who has the accountability of what you are doing, then productivity really becomes a challenge. Here I am gonna share some tips on how to be productive, make sure to read till the end and apply in real.

💡-
1. Try to make someone/something accountable for your actions-

What is meant by this is if you make them accountable for your actions, it's our human ego and self respect that makes us productive and that urge to not look like a loser in front of that person ( make sure that person holds some value in your life, it kind of creates that pressure).
If you don't have anyone in your life or if you didn't like that idea of including someone in your life, you can also start journaling and writing down in a diary where you write what work you have done today and what not, in that way you can keep a track of what you have been doing lately and not be completely ignorant. Tracking your progress is a thing worth including in your daily routine.

2. Make a to do list -

See the importance of to do list is that you are aware what you need to do in a day and you don't feel overwhelmed by all the work that is on front of you, planning can really ease your tension.

3. Make a morning routine -

Making a morning routine can get you ready for the upcoming day. Following morning routine every day can be a great start for your day as it can give you that momentum for your day as well as you can be atleast proud of not wasting an hour on bed on social media. Journaling, reading, exercising & bathing are few of the things that you can add in your morning routine , these will increase the quality of your day.

4. Take small and healthy breaks -

Being productive doesn't mean that we are productive all the time. It just means that we are doing important things in a day, with that we also need to take breaks to keep our mind healthy and ready for the other task. Maybe dance a little bit, go for a walk. Do not spend entire break on phone though , you may feel not so fresh after that. Use pomodoro technique for good concentration ( 50 mins work , 10 mins break) .

5. Join a community (to grow)-

If you are studying for an exam or you are working , it's really good to be in touch with the people who are as hard working as you are and also encourages you to grow as a person and professionally too. It's really good to know the competition so that you have the motivation to beat it. Always remember that environment & people whom you are surrounded with plays a huge role in what you are becoming, so choose that wisely.

So those were the tips from my side. Hope this helped you. Ciao. 🤍
